Ursula was also very nice and did her best to help people out. I noticed that he always had a good rapport with all the customers and was pleasant and had great customer service skills. I always had to leave early in the morning. There was a young man on the night shift, DeAndre who worked the night shift. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. While I was there I had to wash clothes and there was a small laundry, and they even helped me change some quarters. They had a nice big cart to help get my belongings from the car to my room. They did their best to answer any questions and did their best to accommodate some of my special requests. When I arrived, the desk staff I thought must all be the managers. I went in with low expectations and holy cow was I surprised. I did my online research and found this motel and location to be the most cost effective. I had to stay at a motel on a short term basis while I was in the process of moving. We weren't satisfied and my husband offered to give a hand in the maintenance work that everyone was enthused about. It was not a comfortable stay and the nerve to charge 50.00 it should've been 30.00 luckily to just have the roof over our heads. The hotel need better management, and simple refreshments. It was the worst hotel experience we've ever encountered. They had the nerve to have a menu that charged 2.00 for a can of soda when the place itself was a disaster. The room didn't have a coffee machine, and the nerve of the manager Keve or Keith who was very rude and short tempered when asking simple questions pertaining the stay.Very unprofessional indeed. All he wanted was for my husband and i to give a good review when we barely got into the hotel. The rooms are not up to par.we didn't have a pleasant stay with an infant being woke up from the hammering.Came up from Florida and There wasn't any breakfast served in the cafe room. The hotel was under construction and probably still is.
